Acupuncture   - All ear acupuncture with five needles in each ear to reduce the appetite, balance the endocrine system, increase metabolism, increase the fullness sensation in the stomach, increase urination and defecation. Recommended treatment is two days a week for five weeks. Food will not have much taste and you will have more energy to exercise.

The type of exercise you do affects the caloirc afterburn as well. Some studies have shown that strength training produces a greater caloric afterburn than cardio. So the next time you go walking, joggng, or running, carry some hand weights to boost the afterburn!
