Six Element Medicine
& Other Forms of Energy Medicine

Acupuncture - This is one method I use to gather energy to a specific place in the body. It works like a magnet and usually remains inserted for 10 to 15 minutes. I never use the same needle twice and each and every one is prepackaged and sterilized by law.

BodyTalk TM  - BodyTalk stimulates the body's innate ability to balance and heal itself on all levels. The procedure is done concurrently with acupuncture to enhance the overall effectiveness of my treatment. I access the body's innate wisdom through a unique form of kinesiology pioneered by Australian acupuncturist  Dr. John Veltheim.  With kinesiology I help the body reconnect broken lines of communication so that its internal mechanisms can function at optimal levels to repair and prevent disease.

Six Element Approach  - This is the marriage of Ayurvedic Medicine (India) and Chinese Five Element Medicine (Tibet). As the diagram indicates, the elements compliment each other and represent aspects of your life that must be balanced as well. Live your life as if no one element is dominant over another and you will be healthy. Clilck Here do download the Chart.

Gua Sha - GUA means "to scrape" and SHA means "sand or shark skin." The technique of Gua Sha intentionally brings the Sha rash to the surface of the body . The skin is pressured in strokes with an assortment of instruments depending on the size of the person and part of the body being rubbed. The technique pulls out blood and metabolic waste congesting the surface tissues and muscles, promoting normal circulation and metabolic processes.

Herbal Therapy - Ancient tradition uses special formulas, combinations of herbs, that have been tried and tested for centuries by the Asian population. An herb can be literally anythng - a mineral, plant, insect, animal, etc. What makes these formulas truly unique is not their content - these "herbs" can be found anywhere on the planet - but rather how they are combined with other herbs and how they are processed. The combinations or formulas strive to treat the patient without disrupting the delicate biological "ecosystem" within the body. An herb's affect can vary depending on how it is "cooked" or processed - fried, steamed, boiled, etc.

Homeopathic Remedies - The whole premise of Homeopathy is that every illness has a frequency or vibration. A beneficial stimulus or therapy changes the vibration of the illness so that it ceases to exist. Homeopathy remedies have a resonant frequency for the illness or to put it another way, match the vibration of the illness. Because of this "matching frequency,"the remedies alter the vibration of the illness toward a direction of health - the defense mechanism involved in creating the illness is strengthened to end battle. If you merely suppress a symptom, you push the patient into an unhealthy vibratory state showing a new set of symptoms.

Cupping - Vacuum cups are placed on the surface of the skin to draw out heat and toxins. This is very effective for tight muscles, infections, and phlegm accumulation in the lungs.
